Can I use the studio without an account?
Yes. You can explore the complete studio while signed out. When you try to generate, you will be asked to sign in, and your prompt draft is kept for your return.
How do credits work?
A generation reserves the displayed number of credits. Provider failures, cancellations before completion, and safety-check failures automatically restore that reservation.
How do crypto payments work?
RasterBloom creates a unique NOWPayments deposit for your selected asset and network. Credits are issued only after the provider marks the payment finished; waiting and confirmation states do not credit early.
What happens if a payment is delayed?
The payment remains visible in pricing history while it confirms. The backend also checks NOWPayments directly, so a missed callback does not permanently strand a valid deposit.
Are my generated images public?
No gallery is public. Generated media is stored privately and delivered only after an authenticated ownership check using a short-lived storage URL.
How is mature content handled?
Mature generation requires explicit consent and still goes through safety checks. When mature content is disabled, any mature result in your workspace is blurred.
How long is media retained?
Source uploads are short-lived unless retained for an active edit project. Generated media retention is controlled by the service retention setting; the current production default is up to 365 days unless you delete it earlier.
Who owns generated output?
Your use of output is subject to the Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and the underlying model license. Do not assume an output is free of trademark, publicity, privacy, or copyright concerns.
