Terms of service
These terms are a launch-ready product draft, not a substitute for review by counsel in the operator’s jurisdiction.
Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction and be able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and do not sell, share, automate, or transfer an account in a way that compromises the service.
Credits and payments
Credits are a limited license to request eligible service operations; they are not money, stored value, or transferable property. Prices and generation costs are shown before purchase or generation. Crypto transfers are irreversible and must use the exact asset, network, address, amount, and memo shown.
Your inputs and outputs
You retain rights you already have in submitted material and are responsible for having permission to use it. Subject to law, third-party rights, model licenses, and these terms, you may use output generated for your account. Similar or identical output may be produced for others, and RasterBloom does not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Content Policy and applicable law. You may not bypass safeguards, access another user’s data, interfere with the service, create non-consensual intimate material, exploit minors, impersonate others deceptively, or use the service for fraud, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend accounts to protect users, providers, rights holders, or the service; respond to legal process; or investigate suspected abuse. You may request account deletion through Support. Provisions that logically survive termination continue to apply.
Service and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
